Terms & Conditions

At Shubie's, we are dedicated to providing only top-quality food to you, your family and your guests. We kindly ask for 48-72 hours notice on all orders. We will try to accommodate short notice whenever possible. Orders placed during our busy seasons (summer and the holiday season) may require additional notice. On occasion, we may regretfully be unable to accept orders if the kitchen is at full capacity even with enough notice.

We will gladly deliver anywhere (with enough notice). Fees for local orders range from $10-$20, but please call us or email dougy@shubies.com for a delivery quote. 

Please inform us if you would like us to plate/garnish your order. There is a $5 charge per dish. For plated orders, dishes will be sent out in black or white plastic catering bowls or trays. If you do not require plating, orders will be sent out in aluminum and/or plastic containers at no additional charge. 
Please inform us of any food allergies. We will try our best to accommodate your needs, and we also make every attempt to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee and accept no liability. Our kitchen handles the following: wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and soy. Ingredients are always available upon request.

We reserve the right to adjust prices on published menu items based on market fluctuations and item availability. Price changes may not be reflected on printed and web menus.

24-hour notice on all cancellations without penalty; after 24 hours a 50% surcharge may be applied. Cancellations should be called into the store directly at 781 631 0149. Full payment may be applied for items that require a special order for our kitchen (i.e.: beef tenderloin, scallops)
